Leszek Balcerowicz - Chairman of the Council
Economist, former president of the National Bank of Poland (NBP), deputy prime minister and minister of finance in the first non-communist government of Poland after the Second World War; professor at the Warsaw School of Economics (WSE); Doctor Honoris Causa of numerous Polish and foreign universities; the recipient of prestigious awards and decorations in Poland and abroad, including Order of the White Eagle.

Błażej Moder - Council Member
A graduate of the Faculty of International and Political Studies at the University of Lodz, with a major in international relations, and specialization in Euromarketing (class of 2006). A winner of the Marshal of Lodz Prize for the best thesis on the Lodz region. A Ph.D. student in economics at the Collegium of Socio-Economics, Warsaw School of Economics. Professionally involved with the public sector. A holder of scholarships of the Asia Europe Foundation, the Atlas Economic Research Foundation, the Cato Institute and the Liberty Fund and others. Selected to participate in the program "40 under 40" for the years 2013-2014, which brings together young European leaders from different walks of life. A member of the Mont Pelerin Society.

Jeremi Mordasewicz - Council Member
Graduate of the Warsaw Technical University, academic lecturer, entrepreneur. Nowadays advisor to the Board of the Confederation Lewiatan, member of the Social Dialog Council, member of the supervisory boards: Dr Irena Eris S.A. and Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).

Arkadiusz Muś - Council Member
He is a Master of Law from the University of Silesia in Katowice. He started his business activity in 1992 by establishing PRESS GLASS SA company, which he has since developed into the European leader in the area of glass processing for construction industry. Till present day he remains the sole shareholder of the company. A board member of the Polish Business Roundtable untill 2018.
Currently also:
- the sole shareholder of Glass Systems Ltd with its main seat in United Kingdom,
- a shareholder and a member of the supervisory board of Euroglas Poland company as well as a business partner of Glas Trösch Holding AG with its main seat in Switzerland,
- the owner of Rosa Private Golf Club in Poland, a 18-hole championship class golf course in Konopiska near Czestochowa, Poland. -
Marek Tatała - Council Member
Vice President and CEO of Economic Freedom Foundation. Economist, manager in the sector of NGOs and think-tanks, working in the fields of public policy, communication, regulation and law and economics. A graduate of Economics and Politics at the University of Bristol and Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed Atlas Leadership Academy and Think Tank MBA international training courses organized by the Atlas Network. Participant of the Advancing Democracy program organized by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation and the American Jewish Committee. From 2013 to 2021 Vice President of the Civil Development Forum (FOR), a think-tank founded by Professor Leszek Balcerowicz. Author of many articles on the economy, law and politics published in Poland and abroad. A classical liberal.

Ryszard Wojtkowski - Council Member
Founder and president of the Resource Partners fund. Entrepreneur and investor with experience in the public service. At the time of the breakthrough of 1989, he was the director of the cabinet of four prime ministers. Later, incl. President of Novartis Consumer Health International in Switzerland and Managing Partner of Enterprise Investors and The Carlyle Group. Currently, the chairman of the University Council of the University of Economics in Katowice and an expert of the Strategie 2050 Institute.

Economist, member of the Society of Polish Economists (TEP). A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (WSE) in banking and finance; the winner of the first edition of Lesław A. Paga Scholarship. Currently working as Investment Director for Montagu Fund. The author of publications in the field of privatization in the financial sector.

Jarosław Sroka - Council Member
Member of the Management Board of KI One.
An expert in the field of corporate communication and the media market. He has been associated with the Kulczyk Investments Group since October 2007.
Since July 2009, as a Member of the Management Board of Kulczyk Holding, he is responsible for supervising the areas of corporate communication, investor relations, marketing and public affairs. A graduate of the Institute of Journalism at the University of Warsaw. He also studied at the prestigious international school of business leaders IESE Business School at the University of Navarra in Barcelona and at the University of Banking and Insurance in Warsaw. A longtime journalist and editor-in-chief of leading Polish economic newspapers, incl. Gazeta Prawna, Puls Biznesu, Newsweek Polska weekly; he co-created the market of modern business media in Poland.
Member of the Information Governance Council at the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Program Council of the Academy of Capital Market Leaders. Member of the POC Council and President of PGA Polska.

Łukasz Wejchert
Graduated in finance and economy from Portobello Business College in Dublin. Over the last ten years, he managed the Group Onet.pl SA. Since 2006 he was Vice President for Online Business at the Management Board of TVN Group. In December 2011 he sold his stake in ITI Holdings SA and focused solely on business in online industry and technology projects. He founded his first company, Tenbit.pl, in 1999. In 2000 he co-founded the Internet incubator e-farm.pl, which launched the platform MediaX. Previously, he worked as an analyst of capital markets in the London office of Merrill Lynch and the Warsaw Branch of ING Barings and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell.

Lawyer and economist, member of the Society of Polish Economists (TEP). The deputy mayor (1990-1994) and the Mayor of Grudziądz (1995-1998). During years 1998 - 2001 Managing Director in The Ministry of Finance and during years 2001-2007 a member of the Board of the National Bank of Poland (NBP).

Tadeusz Syryjczyk
Doctor of Technical Science; Minister of Industry (1989-1994); Minister of Transport and Marine Economy (1998-2000); member of the Parliament (1998-2001); 2003 - 2007 representative of Poland in Board of Directors of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Since 1980 member of the Polish Information Processing Society (PTI). Co-founder and the president of Cracow Industrial Society. Author of numerous works and publications in the field of economic policy.

Jan Wejchert R.I.P.
A graduate of the Economics Faculty of the Warsaw University; President of ITI Group and Member of the Executive Committee. In 1991 appointed for member of US-Poland Action Commission headed by Prof. Zbigniew Brzeziński. The founder and the first president of the Polish Business Roundtable.
