Expert in the field of economic analysis of law. Former city of Bytom’s president and president of the Regional Contract Foundation, he also served as president of the Central Customs Office and team secretary in the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers.
For 15 years he worked on analyses and research for the National Bank of Poland as the chief specialist of the Economic Institute of the National Bank of Poland.
His main area of interest is the analysis of the economic consequences of regulations in the Polish legislative system. Legislation is analyzed focusing on its impact on entrepreneurs, in particular on the limitation of their activities and the costs of performing the imposed obligations.
